Job Title: Specialist, Service Provider
**Position Overview**
The Plant Operator Trainer is responsible for training both Regular and Reservist soldiers who attend formal Plant Operator courses at RSME in the operation and maintenance of all in-service ‘C’ Vehicles or Engineer Construction Plant in accordance with relevant Training Objectives.
**Role Requirements**
(To either hold or be working towards as directed by Line Manager)
+ Hold a NPORS qualification or equivalent on all equipment’s/subjects taught
+ Hold or be working towards a NPORS Tester qualification
+ Hold a Professional Teaching Certificate
+ Hold a CAT C, G & H driving licence
+ Complete the Defence Trainer Capability Course at Shrivenham
