Specialist (SCM Supply Planning)

Position Summary

• Responsible for planning and scheduling Finish Good build plan by optimizing line loading.
• Responsible to meet department KPIs.
• Responsible for inventory management to meet company objectives.
• Review & analyse weekly & monthly reports (JIT, First Commit, Leadtime).

A. Coordinate in material planning (MRP) and capacity planning

• To prepare and review weekly build plan, planning forecast number, customer sample and actual demand.
• To ensure materials & capacity availability for product ramp up.
• To coordinate in new material & BOM setup once informed by project leader.
