Job summary
Children and Family Health Devon are advertising for a 5-month fixed term contract or an internal secondment (End date 21st December 2026) for a Band 7 Specialist Safeguarding Nurse for four days a week (0.8wte).
The base location for this post is flexible across the county.
The Safeguarding Childrens Team are dedicated and experienced practitioners who are accessible and responsive to the needs of individual staff and service areas, providing expert advice guidance and education in the area of safeguarding children and promoting the overarching commitment of Children and Family Health Devon to keeping children safe and identifying when additional help is needed to do so.
The Safeguarding Team work in the Devon Front Door (Previously known as MASH) and represent the Devon Health Community by gathering analysing and contributing information to the Front Door enquiries and strategy meetings regarding the welfare of children and young people....
