Key Accountabilities
- Deliver assigned responsibilities with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
- Meticulously execute organisational changes within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including:
- creating and updating supervisory organizations
- processing hierarchy changes (reporting lines)
- managing position changes (creation, modification, inactivation)
- updating cost centres and other organisational attributes
- processing mass changes related to restructuring initiatives
- Assist the team in conducting comprehensive organisational assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively monitor, audit, and clean organisational data in Workday to ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established data‑governance standards.
