We are searching for a dynamic and adaptable therapist to support individuals in achieving their functional goals at home following their discharge from hospital.

• A flexible, dynamic, and forward thinking approach
• Strong knowledge across a variety of clinical specialties
• Exceptional communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory experience to guide and develop less experienced staff, student and rotational staff
