The Network Analyst supports the identification of network performance gaps, emerging customer experience trends, and improvement opportunities by translating complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations. The role is responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for operational, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders, while supporting network optimisation, service assurance, and quality improvement initiatives.
