Job Description

We are looking for a Loyalty Operations Customer Care Specialist Agent (French Speakers) to ensure accurate, consistent, and policy‑compliant administration of member accounts and loyalty benefits while delivering high‑quality support to members and hotels.

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Manage member and hotel requests accurately in line with Radisson Rewards policies.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and accurate case documentation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of requests within defined SLAs.
  • Implement tools, processes, and controls to mitigate and prevent fraud risks.
  • Investigate and resolve loyalty issues such as missing points, stay credit discrepancies, and account queries.
