Job Description
We are looking for a Loyalty Operations Customer Care Specialist Agent (French Speakers) to ensure accurate, consistent, and policy‑compliant administration of member accounts and loyalty benefits while delivering high‑quality support to members and hotels.
Roles / Responsibilities
- Manage member and hotel requests accurately in line with Radisson Rewards policies.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and accurate case documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of requests within defined SLAs.
- Implement tools, processes, and controls to mitigate and prevent fraud risks.
- Investigate and resolve loyalty issues such as missing points, stay credit discrepancies, and account queries.
