Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will serve as a Business Systems Analyst managing various HR applications in the ServiceNow configuration management database. You will partner with application leads and business owners from the Hire-to-Retire product teams responsible for end-to-end lifecycle, health, and operational accuracy of their assigned software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams for implementing new applications and decommissioning outgoing applications following Amgen’s CMDB protocols
+ Act as an IT App Ownership Delegate, fulfilling operational governance and platform stewardship responsibilities.
+ Serve as a ServiceNow Administrator, handling change requests (CRs), CAB participation, approvals, and closures.
