As a **Specialist II, Maintenance Planning** in our Phillips 66 refining organization, you will help keep our operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will be part of a high-performing maintenance team that turns technical needs into clear, executable plans for the field. In this role, you will coordinate work across disciplines, ensure every job is ready before it starts, and help drive continuous improvement in how we plan and execute maintenance.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Develop and manage detailed maintenance plans and schedules for routine, corrective, and preventive work to minimize downtime and support safe, reliable operations.
+ Scope maintenance jobs by clarifying requirements, estimating labor and durations, identifying materials, tools, permits, and access needs, and preparing complete work packages.
