Responsibilities
- Manage placements for sites with standard onboarding procedures
- Assist learners in completing compliance tasks and meeting deadlines
- Provide real-time guidance regarding site requirements and rotation preparations
- Monitor site communication and update learners on placement confirmations
- Collaborate with Specialist III to ensure alignment on learner needs
- Maintain accurate records in CRMs and other technology systems
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to support Academic Operations
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in experiential learning, credentialing, or education operations
- Professional communication and correspondence skills
- Experience providing high-quality customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
