Specialist: ESD & SED

The ESD and SED Specialist is a strategic transformation role responsible for designing, executing, and managing the Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) and Socio-Economic Development (SED) portfolios across the South Africa and Botswana markets for the respective entities of Cassava Technologies.

This role blends deep regulatory expertise in B-BBEE legislation with rigorous programme management to mitigate compliance risk, optimize budgets, drive preferential procurement through ESD alignment, and develop high-impact, sustainable SMME and community initiatives. The successful incumbent will be highly tech-savvy, possessing a deep passion for digital transformation and AI enablement.
