We are seeking an engineer with a master's degree (or equivalent) and expertise in the protection and safeguarding of electrical equipment at high- and medium-voltage levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protection philosophies and specifications
- Protection of electrical equipment and systems, including coordination of protective devices
- Interlocking and intertripping specifications
- Time current charts and setting tables
- Documentation and system solutions
- Communication between protective devices and control systems
- Assisting with commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of protective devices
- Participating in fault and incident analyses
- Personnel safety and arc flash—analyses and preventive measures
