Specialist, Early Careers

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports the Early Careers team to effectively ideate, develop, execute and deliver a wide range of initiatives for Universal Beginnings. Maintains and supports innovation of HR tools, processes, communications, and systems to optimize knowledge and resources available to early careers candidates. Builds and leverages partnerships with HR functional teams and key stakeholders both locally and globally, to promote symphony and maximize effectiveness of UDX Early Career Programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Develops compelling creative, graphic design, visual communication and typography layouts for newsletters, cohort updates and other communication materials. Participates in the decision making and supports strategic semester curriculum planning and yearly calendar timelines. Maintains clear and consistent communication with program participants, mentors and stakeholders. Supports SharePoint site upgrades and maintenance.
