Position Title
Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist

Senai, Johor.
Summary
This position is responsible for performing all country of origin and preferential free trade agreements evaluation and maintaining compliance data in SAP GTS. Duties also include but are not limited to: preparing Customs binding rulings, identifying and recommending new global trade processes and procedures, and understanding global trade system interfaces and capabilities. The role assigns HTS Classifications and Schedule B codes to relevant company items and supports evaluation for Free Trade Agreements and country of origin determination. It maintains Hershey’s Global Trade System and other databases to comply with Global Trade Compliance regulations, provides updated FTA certificates to Customs Brokers, and supports other Import Services Administrator personnel in special projects related to custom requirements.
