The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end customer service and operational support, including order management, logistics coordination, after-sales services, and internal and statutory process compliance. This role works closely with Sales, Logistics,
Finance, and external service providers to ensure smooth customer experience.Order Management & Customer Support
o Learn and adapt to Movado Group, Inc.’s business processes and SAP system.
o Support customers and the sales team with order entry and order-related inquiries.
o Email to customers to acknowledge sales order entry and the associated delivery
Logistics & Fulfillment
o Coordinate with the Hong Kong warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and
shipment.
o Support reverse logistics processes, including:
o RMA order entry in SAP
