Specialist, Client Services

The Client Services team is responsible for day to day operations and management of leased and owned facilities, ensuring business is conducted in a clean, safe and efficient work environment and that the value of the Company’s physical assets is protected and enhanced.

Required Responsibilities

+ Support the Manager, Client Services with a primary focus on food and beverage operations across onsite cafés and service areas.
+ Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and food service vendors, including Starbucks, to support daily operations, administrative needs, and kitchen maintenance/repair coordination.
+ Supervisor must have experience with subsidy review, budget management, and forecasting
+ Maintain an active onsite presence to oversee café operations (e.g., Hyperion Café and Starbucks), including monitoring customer flow, queue management, seating availability, and overall cleanliness to enhance the employee experience.
