This post is an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Cardiac Physiologist to join the Fife team based at Victoria Hospital and Queen Margaret Hospital. Fife is a beautiful area situated on the east coast of Scotland and is close to the other major Scottish cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow, it is a fantastic area to live and work. NHS Fife is a teaching Hospital affiliated with the University of St Andrews which has an international reputation for excellence in teaching and research.

Responsibilities

Our busy Cardiology departments are staffed by a friendly and committed team. The role involves providing a comprehensive range of invasive and non‑invasive cardiology investigations, including the following activities:

• Pacemaker implantation and follow‑up
• CRTP and ICD follow‑up
• Physiologist‑led injectable loop implantation service
• Echocardiography, including TTE & TOE
