Key Responsibilities

• Bid Strategy & Commercial Management
  • Develop and own end‑to‑end bid strategies aligned to client requirements, commercial objectives, and competitive market positioning.
  • Analyze vendor proposals and pricing submissions, making independent commercial recommendations on preferred vendors and award decisions.
  • Determine pricing approaches and methodologies, build financial models and total‑cost‑of‑ownership analyses to support award recommendations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms directly with vendors within defined authority limits, driving value for the company and clients.
