The Specialist, Employee Central - Benefits is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for backend processes around employee benefits. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee benefits.

In close collaboration with HR BP, the Specialist, Employee Central - Benefits will serve about 1,000 employees within PH and Asia Pacific, across several time zones, multiple company sites, and more than 7 legal entities.

• Execute and run backend processes around employee benefits. Adhere to the data quality standards and deliver against defined SLAs.
• Ensure high quality service and day‑one readiness for every new country rolled in.
