About the Role:

Wirral Council is looking to recruit a Specialist Access to Education and Section 19Co‑ordinator to support the delivery of its statutory duties ensuring children and young people receive suitable education when they are unable to attend mainstream provision. You will play a key role in supporting the Local Authority to meet its statutory Section 19 duty, working collaboratively with schools, families and partner agencies to ensure that children and young people can access suitable education. 

You will work with schools, families and partner agencies to coordinate appropriate educational provision, maintain tracking systems, analyse data, and ensure compliance with statutory timescales.
