MISSION

As a specialised nurse in diabetology

• Provide specialised care in diabetology, based on current scientific knowledge.
• Support, train and advise CMS teams in your area of specialisation
• Develop individualised care projects, in collaboration with the CMS multidisciplinary team and the network.
• Lead internal workshops and contribute to the dissemination of best practices
• Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into your practice.
