Special Program Aide
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Minimum of two years of college with 48 core college credits or a minimum score of 457 on the ParaPro Praxis..
B. Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
C. Ability to work with staff, students, and the public.
D. Patient, yet firm.
E. Mandt training or the ability to complete Mandt training.
F. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer heavier students with the assistance of appropriate equipment.
G. Previous experience preferred, but not mandatory.
H. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS TO: Building Administrator
JOB GOALS:
To support the delivery of School District 91's written, taught, tested and reported curriculum and contribute to maximizing student achievement.
