Vacancy Description
Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Special Exceptions – Eng for their Portland, OR/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ The resource shall support MDC in the following areas under Task Manager direction:
+ Vehicle Build Coordination (47V, 47F, and additional programs as assigned)
+ Maintain vehicle build timelines and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders
+ Track parts, BOM, and Spec status including CWO tracking; produce weekly status reports on missing or at-risk parts
+ Coordinate POD workshops: scheduling, participant confirmation, material preparation, and post-workshop documentation
+ Log and track shopcalls and build issues; maintain status updates and follow escalation paths
+ Support build readiness reviews and Go/Go-Later decision gates
+ Digital and Physical POD Coordination
+ Own coordination of Physical POD sessions: scheduling, stakeholder alignment, ...
