Job Description

***** Work Arrangement/Location: This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work four days a week and can be based at Buffalo, NY, Bridgeport, CT, Metro NYC, Boston, MA, Baltimore, MD or Wilmington, DE.**

**Overview:**

Provide direct support to Workout Officers, Special Assets Team Leaders, Regional Special Assets Managers, and Department Manager in regard to credit underwriting, portfolio management, compliance, and monitoring of new and existing customers within the Special Assets portfolio.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Liaison with Workout Officers for the purpose of facilitating underwriting approval memos and Problem Loan Management Reports. Includes tracking the receipt of financial statements, ordering appraisals, compliance with covenants, and borrowing base certificates.
