Speaker Bureau Logistics Coordinator

IQVIA Manila is seeking a Logistics Planner for the Speaker Bureau to coordinate meeting logistics, venue, F&B, and AV within client rules and budgets. You will collaborate with planners and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery and risk management across in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings.

The role requires 2+ years in events planning or customer service, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work US hours. Pharma industry familiarity is a plus and onsite work is expected in Manila.
