Our Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES) team provides safe, reliable, and compliant facilities and utility support for research, manufacturing, and business operations.

The GWES Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining an executable maintenance schedule for assigned areas and crafts by aligning planned, ready work with labor capacity, equipment access, material availability, and site priorities. This role supports preventive, predictive, calibration, and corrective maintenance across laboratory, vivarium, utility, and administrative environments and ensures a healthy backlog of ready work is available to sustain schedule execution.

Working in close partnership with planners, supervisors, crafts, operations, and customers, the Scheduler coordinates weekly and short-range schedules using risk-based and compliance-based priorities. The role ...
