**Responsibilities**:
1.⁠ ⁠Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis.
2.⁠ ⁠Review and verify timesheets and adjust for any discrepancies.
3.⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
4.⁠ ⁠Handle payroll-related questions and complaints.
5.⁠ ⁠Act as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers, especially those who can only speak Spanish
6.⁠ ⁠Handle administrative support tasks
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Previous experience in payroll administration, accounting, or administrative roles is often preferred. Experience with payroll software and administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling is valuable.
- Knowledge of Payroll Processes: Familiarity with payroll processes, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, is essential. Understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is also important.
