Spain Value, Pricing & Access Lead

Novartis ACC in Madrid is seeking a Head of Value & Pricing to lead and define pricing strategies across their product portfolio in Spain. This role involves engagement with the Ministry of Health and key stakeholders to ensure patient access and optimal pricing decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Market Access and Pricing within the pharmaceutical industry, and possess strong leadership and negotiation skills.
