Spain HR Manager

What you’ll do

Based in Alicante Airport, the Spain HR Manager will ensure alignment with business goals and foster a positive, high-performance culture across the department. They will oversee and ensure delivery of recruitment needs, accurate and compliant payroll, employment tax & social security requirements, labour relations and employment legislation- while also delivering initiatives as outlined by wider group people strategy.

The Accountabilities of the Role

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Spain airport operations, ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed service levels and attracting high‑calibre talent.
• Manage, coach and develop the Spanish HR team, driving high standards of service delivery and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all employment, onboarding and right‑to‑work requirements.
