Operations

· To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guests comfort at all times

· Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment

· Keep work area clean and neat at all times

· Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

· To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa and Wellness

· Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required:

Ø Spa Retail Area

Ø Relaxation Area

Ø Preparation Room

Ø Spa Suites

· Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Supervisor/ Spa Assistant Manager
