Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of the spa, including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, wet areas (sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool), fitness facilities, and retail areas
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in line with brand and spa standards
- Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
- Conduct daily briefings, on-the-job training, and performance evaluations for spa staff
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Spa Manager when necessary
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas in line with UAE health and safety regulations
