Spa Host/Hostess- Part Time, $29.44/Hour

The Spa Host/Hostess is responsible for providing exceptional service to spa guests at reception, concierge and reservations. This position requires greeting of all guests, assisting with reservations and checking in and out of both the spa and teen spa. The hostess will either be servicing the guests in front of house or selling spa services in the reservations office.

**Responsibilities :**

+ Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments
+ Review guest appointment/schedules as needed
+ Acknowledge and greet Guests who enter and leave the spa facilities
