**The job**

The SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Controls & Reporting Manager will play a key role in ensuring that tax-related SOX controls are designed appropriately and operate effectively. The role serves as a primary UK‑based point of contact for tax SOX, with responsibility for overseeing control execution, maintaining robust documentation, and ensuring ongoing audit readiness.

In addition, the role supports the Group’s income tax reporting processes and selected day‑to‑day tax operational activities, as required.
