ANJAPPAR CHETTINAD CANADA IS SEEKING TO HIRE SOUTH INDIAN COOKS:

Position: South Indian Cuisine Cook

Job Duties: Prepare and Cook south Indian cuisine dishes, side and main orders, sauces, oversee buffet, direct specialty cooking activities of establishment, plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards, estimate food requirements, supervise kitchen helpers and monitor kitchen activities.

Salary: $22.50 per hour (8 hours per day may be required to work on shifts) 40 hours work week.

Candidate Skills requirement : Minimum 5-7 years of verifiable commercial cooking experience working as a south Indian cuisine cook in a restaurant or hotel setting, knowledge of south Indian cuisine and ingredients in preparation of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian south Indian cuisine dishes is required.
