An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Sous/Crew Chef to join a busy 66m motor yacht on a 2:2 rotation currently in the Med.

Package: Salary paid in USD, 2:2 rotation
Experience / Skills Required
- At least 2 years in yachting with good longevity
- Friendly disposition – lots of guest interaction
- Experience assisting with guest food preparation and presentation
- A great repertoire of crew cooking, healthy, balanced meals
- Sourdough and basic desserts skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Team player with a fit and healthy lifestyle; crew are fun and sporty
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the galley, freezers, refrigerators and dry stores in accordance with cleaning schedules
