Vacancy Description
We are seeking a 2nd Chef to join our culinary team on a 46m motor yacht based in Spain for a seasonal position. The successful candidate will oversee crew meals but also assist the owners Chef in meal preparation and occasionally overseeing this in his absence. Joint responsibilities will include managing food inventory/provisions, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation therefore a real team player is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in yacht cuisine, with experience in diverse culinary techniques and a passion for delivering their own signature dishes.
A proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should possess relevant culinary qualifications and previous experience in a similar role on a yacht or in a high-end hospitality setting.
