Specific recent data indicates it has 628 staffed beds and includes an 88-bed children's hospital (K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital)
**One Sous Chef will lead Retail Operations while the other Sous Chef leads Patient Dining Operations**

+ maintain adherence to all local, state, federal, and organizations regulatory requirements.
+ ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed without exception
