Sous Chef - Japanese Kitchen Leader & Menu Innovator

Daikan Izakaya, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. You will support the Executive Chef in running a high-volume kitchen and ensure the quality and presentation of Japanese dishes.

We look for strong culinary skills, leadership, and a creative mindset, with a culinary degree or certification preferred. The role involves mentoring staff, menu development, and maintaining food safety, teamwork, and excellence in guest experience.
