This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and helping to lead a busy, dynamic kitchen. Our restaurant primarily operates during daytime hours, with occasional evening events, offering an excellent work-life balance. As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role by supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team, and fostering a positive, creative, and collaborative working environment.
