Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
- Ensure all burgers, sandwiches, and related menu items are prepared according to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and consistency.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
- Train and develop kitchen team members on cooking techniques and operational procedures.
- Handle kitchen scheduling and manpower coordination in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Ensure proper equipment handling and kitchen maintenance.
- Support cost control initiatives by minimizing wastage and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
