Sourcing Specialist

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate
• Must have at least 2 years Recruitment / Sourcing experience in a BPO
• Must have an experience in handling sourcing channels such Digital, Referral Program, Vendor Management, and External Partnerships
• Experience in handling stakeholders and BU management is an advantage
• Must be willing to be assigned in QC and amenable to work onsite daily
• Must be willing to work in shifts, holiday, and weekends
