Sourcing Procurement Manager

The incumbent will ensure the execution of the Company's sourcing & procurement strategy, day-to-day procurement, vendor performance management, and purchasing policies and processes as well as achieving the lowest life cycle costs for procured goods and services. It is also expected to continuously look for areas in which improvements can be made in operational processes and implements and designs those initiatives. These will cover:

• Developing a strategic approach to sourcing, procurement and operating model to deliver goods and services aligned with company strategy
• Create collaborative business plans with strategic vendors and internal clients, execute effective business partnering,
• Lead supplier selection and negotiations, review vendor contracts, ensure the most advantageous pricing, terms, discounts, allowances, quality, delivery and service; addresses business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolves within guidelines,
