Sourcing Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager with a strong background in direct sourcing team supervision. The purpose of this position is to lead, develop and enable a professional team of sourcing specialists who are responsible for the sourcing of the company’s materials. This position is responsible for overseeing daily sourcing activities within the group and ensuring internal customer satisfaction in meeting the company's Solar panels efficiency, capital improvement, maintenance, and operational excellence needs. This position provides guidance and direction to the professional staff in supporting internal business teams in multiple states and jurisdictions in areas such as cost-effective service, optimized delivery of shared services, business technical specification and process standardization efforts, effective supplier engagement and contract coordination.
