About the role

The Sommelier Supervisor is responsible for leading the wine programme and supporting the daily operations of the beverage service within our beach restaurant. This role combines expert wine knowledge with hands‑on leadership, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving beverage sales and maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Curate and maintain the restaurant’s wine list in collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership team.
