FERA Chef's Table is looking for an exceptional Sommelier with a minimum of 5 years' fine dining experience to become part of one of Mallorca's most exclusive dining experiences.
With just 12 guests each evening , your sole focus will be delivering an unforgettable wine and hospitality journey.
No ordering.
No inventory.
No administration.
No management responsibilities.
Working alongside Executive Chef Simon Petutschnig , our service team and our Head Sommeliers , you will help create a truly holistic dining experience where every detail matters.
We are looking for someone who: Has at least 5 years' experience in fine dining.
Understands the art of intimate, private dining.
Is passionate about Champagne, wine and guest interaction.
