Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert and troubleshooting partner for the Third Party Originations (TPO) channel
- Address daily inquiries from MLOs and resolve technical blockers in the origination and notarization stacks
- Diagnose complex edge cases by interpreting underwriting JSONs and system logs
- Identify and report recurring bugs or UI friction points to engineering and product teams
- Train and educate external brokers on utilizing proprietary technology to close loans
- Maintain high support standards while scaling to handle high volumes of agent messages
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the HELOC and mortgage origination lifecycle
- Proven ability to navigate complex software systems
- Exceptional structured communication skills for explaining technical complexities to non-technical partners
- Bachelor's Degree
