Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce industry trends in the Middle East to identify potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand clients' business challenges and requirements, and conduct requirement gathering and analysis.
- Design, develop, and optimize customized end-to-end supply chain solutions based on company products and service capabilities, covering warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
- Draft high-quality solution proposals, presentations, and technical documentation, and deliver effective pitches and demonstrations to clients.
- Act as a solution expert to provide technical support and training for the sales team, helping them better understand and promote the solutions.
