Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineer to join our growing CPaaS Solution Engineering team. You will have a customer-obsessed vision and a passion for wanting to understand our customer's problem(s). You should be contextually aware and able to bridge the gap between business and technology whilst working alongside our sales team and helping our customers get the most out of 8x8 solutions and technology.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate hands‑on experience in consultative selling of a CPaaS product set, have a strong technical understanding of customer environments and a good background in supporting customers directly.
