Solutions Architect Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manages the internal and external team to ensure timely, within budget, and quality delivery of new applications, new functions of existing applications, and maintenance of corporate technology applications based on business objectives and maximize business benefit.
• Creates/Reviews conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Replicating business requirements based on adoption of best practices and standards
• Plans, assigns, and reviews work of staff, adjusting work assignments and schedules to ensure completeness of assigned tasks, maintain adequate staffing levels and respond to fluctuating workloads
• Tracks and measures staff performance and provides training plan to strengthen their skills.
• Support development, testing and documentation of business requirements
