YOUR ROLE
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the logistics department in providing seamless and customer‑focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Warehouse Solution Design (Customer Facing)
- Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visit and presentation.
- Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions.
- Design and propose warehousing solutions accordingly to customer needs.
- Assess resources, MHE, investments, EDI, automation and innovation opportunities, etc.
- Support IS team to define the best IT solution for the project.
- Provide cost analysis and rates.
- Build RFP technical answer document to present the solution.
